Missing or Damaged Items

Return Policy

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, in original packaging, with tags, and proof of purchase. To start a return, email us at info@renatusglobal.co.uk. If approved, we’ll provide a return label and instructions. Damaged or wrong items should be reported immediately for resolution. Non-returnable items include custom products, perishable goods, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards. Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval. For EU customers, you have a 14-day right to cancel or return your order for any reason.
